Most customers prefer that we bring our own cleaning supplies. That way they don’t have to worry about going to the store for cleaning supplies before we clean. Some customers have special cleaners for certain appliances or floors in their houses. These customers usually will have these cleaners on hand for us to use. We almost always use the customer’s vacuum cleaner.

Most clients will want to be set up on an every week or every other week schedule on the same day of the week. We try to always keep this same schedule unless the client asks us to switch to another day.

We provide free cleaning consultation from a professional at Hawaii Residential Cleaning Solutions®. The consultant will visit your home and work out a personalized price for the service you choose.

For move-in/move-out cleanings the starting rate is 150.00 and up depending on if the customer wants windows, refrigerator and oven cleaned. Add 20.00 each for refrigerators and ovens.

We offer complete house cleaning services in Kailua-Kona, including rental homes managed by realtors and property managers.
